Gemini can now take notes in Google Meet for Google AI Pro and Ultra

Starting today, Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can use the "Take notes for me" feature in Google Meet on web and mobile devices in select languages. The tool handles note-taking during calls with your permission, allowing you to stay focused on the discussion.

With "Take notes for me," Gemini works in the background to give you:

Whether you’re tracking next steps during a neighborhood meeting or gathering client requests for a catering order, “Take notes for me” keeps you organized.

If you’re a Google AI Pro or Ultra subscriber — or an eligible Workspace business customer — you can use the feature now for meetings that you host.

All meeting participants will be notified when the feature is enabled.
